Peanut Butter and Jelly Treats

DogIceCream Peanut Butter and Jelly Treats

Doggies love a good nibble of peanut butter and jelly as much as the next person. Try this dog-friendly PB&J treat for your furry friend. It’s super yummy and it will help them cool off during these hot summer months!

You’ll need:

1 cup of strawberries
¼ cup of water
A few dollops of natural xylitol-free peanut butter (Xylitol is a sweetener sometimes found in peanut butter that is toxic to dogs.)

To make:

Wash your berries and slice off the tops. Add your berries and water to a blender and mix until smooth. Poor the liquid into an ice cube tray and fill about ¾ of the way full. Add a teaspoon of xylitol-free peanut butter to each slot. Pop these babies in the freezer until they are completely frozen. Serve to your pup on a hot day!
